Our leagues are split into three groups by standard as follows:

If a league is not available in your area, your name will be placed onto
a list until five players in your area sign up, at which point a new league will
be created. Each participant will be notified by e.mail when this happens.

Each division will have a minimum of five players and a maximum of eight
players.
|
| 4 |
Each standard group will be split into as many divisions as demanded. E.g.
forty players of group 2 standard will be split into five divisions of eight
players.

| 5 |
Divisions will be sorted by playing standards with the highest rated players
in division 1 and so forth.
|
| 6 |
The winner of each division will gain promotion by 1 division. The bottom
player will be relegated by one division.
|
| 7 |
All league winners will receive a prize of a 20.00 cheque. There are plans
to introduce trophies and other prizes as the league develops.

| 8 |
All matches will be played over ten weeks and these will be called sessions.
There will be four sessions per year. |

Once a session begins all players in respective divisions will receive
contact information of their opponents. This will comprise of name e.mail and
telephone numbers. Only players of the same division will be able to see this
information. |

All results should be sent via e.mail by the winner of the match as soon
as possible. |
| 13 |
League results and standings can be seen by all players via the results
and standings button. |
| 14 |
All matches will be the best of three sets with a tie break system operating
at six games all in all sets. |

Matches should be played at a mutually convenient venue. |

All matches between LTA rated players will count towards their LTA ratings. |
| 18 |
The session fees are non-refundable. A replacement session may be offered
if a player cannot participate due to sickness. |
| 19 | Players will get 2 points for a win.In the event of a tie for first place in a division,a deciding match will have to be played, with the winner gaining promotion and receiving the prize money.
